Not Feeling the Love? We Get It—But Let's Make It Right

Sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay. We're here to help you sort it out.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Eligible Items: If your product is unopened, in brand-new condition, and you're within 15 days of delivery, you're good to go. Just send it back to us!
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, custom orders, clothing, sale items, and special promotions are all final sale. Once these ship out, they're yours to keep.

How Returns Work:

  1. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our Forge Master will inspect it to ensure it's in resellable condition. If everything checks out, we'll refund you the subtotal of your purchase.
  3. Restocking Fee: For orders over $100.00, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Important Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return doesn't meet our standards, we won't be able to process your refund.

Canceling Your Order

  • Once your order is packaged (usually within 24 hours), it’s ineligible for cancellation.
